Cancellations are not permitted by default. If an organiser offers cancellations for a specific event, the applicable cancellation window and conditions will be clearly shown on the event page and/or at checkout, and those terms will apply to that purchase.

If an organiser cancels or reschedules an event, refunds (or alternatives such as reschedule/credits) will follow the organiser's instructions/policy. Once a refund is approved and initiated, settlement to the customer typically takes 7โ€“10 business days.
